ruff products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind; we do not include any ingredients with a history of aggravating sensitive skin. We have had excellent feedback from customers who do usually experience sensitivity that our products are gentle on their skin. If your skin is sensitive, as with any new addition to your skincare routine, we would recommend a patch test prior to applying the product over the entire face or body.

Our products have no animal ingredients and have never been tested on animals.

Yes, all our formulas are made in Australia.

Here's how it works:

  1. Start by taking time-stamped photos before you begin your treatment.
  2. Snap weekly progress photos while using our products.
  3. Commit to using the products for a minimum of 60 days. If you have any concerns before this, reach out to us via email; we're here to address your questions and worries!
  4. When you're ready, send time-stamped images to support@ruffskincare.com to claim our 60-day guarantee.
  5. When approved, you would receive your refund in line with your payment provider's terms (usually 3 business days).

For refunds and returns, please contact us at support@ruffskincare.com and we will do our best to assist you further with your enquiry. We will not accept any returns of product which have been used or are not in original condition (unless as per money-back guarantee). For further information, please head to our refunds page here.

If you want to change your order please email support@ruffskincare.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however our warehouse gurus may have already sent it out.

Unfortunately we're unable to add to orders once they're placed so you'll need to make a second order (and then receive two parcels in the mail) for additional products. Check our returns and refunds policy here.
